3. Rev. John3 Rosier or Rozier, Sr. (Robert2 Rozier, John1 Rosier). John was born in 1603 in London, England. He was christened in London, England, 30 Sep., 1604. Saint Pancras Church, Soper Lane. He married Elizabeth Hillier 'Jane' say 1637. John died in 1660 in VA. His body was interred.
He came from Boston, MA.
He succeeded the Rev. William Cotton of Hangar's Parish in Accomack County, VA. He then moved his wife and son 39 miles up the Rappahannock River and settled on what became Rosiers Creek in Westmoreland County, VA on his land grant of 28 Nov., 1657 which he called "Attopin".

He came to VA, first recorded in 1637.
John immigrated, circa 1637. Destination.

Elizabeth Hillier 'Jane.' Elizabeth was born say 1603 in England. She married Thomas Solly. She married Anthony Bridges say 1630. Elizabeth died circa 1659. Her body was interred. Her common name was Jane.
