Hunt CASCADE -- Theodora "Ted" Robertson Hunt, 78, died April 21, 2004. She was born Aug. 16, 1925, in Pittsylvania County, to James Kyle Robertson and Ruth Thornton Robertson, both deceased. She retired as a shipping clerk at Tultex in Martinsville and was a member of Willis Memorial Baptist church. Surviving are four daughters, Temple Adams of Concord, N.C., Gay Hunt of Eden, N.C., Patricia Meeks of Livonia, Mich., and Peggy Wade of Cascade; two sons, Jerry Hunt of Cascade and James Hunt Jr. of Roanoke; a brother, Oliver Robertson of Cascade; and three sisters, Reba Hunt of Cascade, Marion Crabb of Fayetteville, N.C., and Patsy Robertson of Kernersville, N.C. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fair Funeral Home with the Rev. Haywood Alcorn officiating. Burial will be in the Hunt family cemetery in Cascade. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to: Hospice of Rockingham County, P.O. Box 281, Wentworth, N.C. 27375; Willis Memorial Baptist Church, 5212 Cascade Road, Cascade, Va. 24069; or Cascade Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 130, Cascade, Va. 24069.
