6. Richard³ Barnes , III (Richard², Richard¹). Richard was born in 1780. He married Frances Johnston 'Fanny' on 21 Nov 1808. Richard died in 1854. His body was interred at Churchland, Davidson County, NC. Churchland Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
